Ashish is the main pillar of the firm (Managing Partner) after completing his Law Degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, he came to Chandigarh with this preconceived vision to serve the community with his legal services. This frame of mind and vast knowledge of criminal, civil and commercial laws have led his firm to win the trust of his clientele. Being a trusted counsel of several big picture organizations and corporate persons, Ashish has over 17 years of extensive experience in diverse fields of law. He is also a standing counsel of Union of India. Ashish has developed a strong track record of successfully representing many high profile clients in criminal, civil and commercial litigation. He also advises clients in the matters related to Real Estate, Intellectual Property Rights, commercial disputes, Labour law compliances, incorporation of corporate entities and Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
